C2X 1632 CNC Profile Surface Grinding Machine has a laminated Turcite 'B' V along with flat guide path that guarantee smooth table movement regardless of the load of the table. The system has a column to column glide lead by box type Turcite 'B' laminated ways to guarantee smooth, glide free movement. Additionally the support of spindle housing offers vertical movements maintaining a steady distance between the vertical slide ways in addition to grinding wheel. To obtain a smooth movement, the cartridge type spindle is propped up by class 7 super (CP$) precision angular contact ball bearing support so as to facilitate least temperature modification, noise or vibration.
